Oppose recognition of the Tsi-Akim Maidu! [CHILD MOLESTERS]

This e-mail is in regard to help you with your opposition regarding the possible FEDERAL RECOGNITION of the Tsi-Akim Maidu.
My name is Tait L. Belyew. I am the Tsi-Akim Maidu that designed the logo for that tribe. I have sent you verification via US Mail to your Wash.DC office.
In approximately 2001 I won the tribal contest so that the Tsi-Akim Maidu, which I was a tribal member to and have not been told other wise, would use MY logo as the Tsi-Akim Maidu logo on all official and non-official documentation. This later included on banners for gatherings and engraving on stones at the head of the town and tattooed on many tribal members.
I was released from prison on 7-29-2009, with a new wife and daughter. I had no prior knowledge this Tsi-Akim Maidu tribe exist before I was asked to design logos for that contest because we were from a rancheria at Taylorsville, CA. most tribal members including myself never lived there and we are certainly not from Grass valley, CA. I hear a Maidu band from Colfax is who was at that region. nevertheless, I was released and went right to the Tsi-Akim Maidu thinking that they would help morally, spiritually, financially. This they did not do.
I went to two tribal counsel meetings at Grass valley which was a circus act with grave use of profanity and plotting on who they were going to kick out of the tribe so they couldn’t get any casino money once federally recognized. On asking the member hear for help for my struggling family I was ignored yet told verbally they would help.
I went to a general tribal counsel meeting and many of the Tsi-Akim Maidu didn’t know there was suck a thing as a monthly tribal counsel meeting. Many members didn’t even know we owned a thrift store. Again my logo was on a big banner at the head of this meeting.
At all functions I went to which was approx. 5 in all none were of a spiritual nature which is supposed to be instilled in our culture. and my wife and myself made artifacts and tee shirts which were sold at every function and donated 100% of the money. Every time the Tsi-Akim Maidu greeted us with open arms and took our work and money. As soon as we stopped giving to them that is when they began to ignore us.
On watching UFC/MMA I learned that the three men that made the logo TAP OUT are rich from it. That threw up a red flag because at the general meeting I went to these people needed to use our name and were getting a 7 million dollar grant and offering the tribe 2 million, yet the tribe wanted more. A selected few are receiving funds and no one else. So I now knew that they should of also given me a piece of the pie which they didn’t. Now they wouldn’t even speak to us on the phone. This went on for nearly three years.
At this years general tribal counsel meeting I couldn’t even attend the tribal council meeting or ask a question by proxy.

leave a reply and I will get back to you at the beep!
